7 Days Returns

You have 7 days to make a return request after your order has been delivered. kindly Go to My Account and click After-sale and select order details and request return with the correct reason. attach an image of the order in addition to prove your request. once our team accepts your request, we will request you send back items to us.

Free Returns

Buyer can return the product they have bought, we accept free returns after quality team review your request we will after receiving the item we will process the refund

Return Fee 

If you wish to return the item within 7 days any no reason Customer is responsible for return shipping. once we accept the return, we will process for your we only refund the order amount

How will I get My Refund

Once your return accepted refunded amount will available on the YATAI wallet. Goto my Profile check your balance

Use the credit balance to purchase a new item or you can also initiate a withdrawal and we will transfer it to your local bank account within 3-5 working days. If you don't save bank account, please save Bank details along with IBAN.
