If the item you have received is damaged, defective, or not as described on the website, after reviewed by our team you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees applied.

How does Return policy work? 

Go to after-sale > Select your order click on Return or Refund to write reason for the request also attach an image and submit a request. 

Schedule Pick-up 

After your request approved, pick-up will be scheduled by one of our courier services. Pack the item in its original state and packaging. Hand over the package to the courier. Once we receive your return item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The fund will be transferred to your wallet within 3-5 working days.

How will I get My Refund? 

The refunded balance will available on the YATAI wallet. Goto My Asset you can use the credit balance to purchase an item or you can also initiate a withdrawal and we will transfer it to your local bank account within 3-5 working days. If you don't save bank account, please save Bank details along with IBAN.
